Rooms are available at the AT&T Conference Center for a discounted rate of $199/night for Wednesday, June 26 and Thursday, June 27, so book early. Cut off date for the special rate is May 25, 2024. Presenter Registration
Please submit a workshop proposal or idea on the Speaker Proposal Form. If selected, presenters will be notified of the schedule via email by June 1. To submit more than one proposal, submit the form multiple times. Presenters, please do NOT register on the general registration page. If you register on the conference website, you will be responsible for the $20 cancellation fee to receive a refund.

Think of it as Coaching School for UIL Academics!
This summer’s in-person conference offers a wide array of sessions geared for academic coordinators, coaches and administrators for grades 2-12 of all academic contests. This year’s conference will be held Thursday and Friday, June 27-28 on the campus of UT Austin. Online classes will not be offered.
Specific classes will be offered for first-time and veteran coordinators/coaches for high school, elementary, middle school and junior high. Sessions will include every academic event for high school academic coaches and coordinators for literary events, journalism, STEM, theatre, and speech and debate, as well as an assortment for A+ coaches and coordinators.
CPE Credit
Attendees seeking to earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit may track courses attended on this form. After the conference, UIL will email certificates to attendees to pair with the CPE tracker.
